Turnaround

Typically 1-2 weeks on made to order items. Commissioned pieces can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Preorders can take up to 4-6 weeks. 

ATTENTION: DUE TO COVID19 

Pieces will take 2-4 weeks to make / ship. They may take 6 weeks if supplies are needed, my supplier is taking longer than usual to ship during these times. 

Shipping 

I ship USPS. Two week turnaround unless stated otherwise. 

Damage 

Will need images of item and I will deem an appropriate solution if any. Will not replace lost items or items damaged because you can't take care of your shit. 

B.Y.O.S.

Bring your own stone. Please understand that I am not responsible if your stone breaks while in my possession. Hairline fractures are not my fault. We can work together to find a solution and replace the stone at your cost if a stone breaks on my watch. If I were to lose the stone or drop it that is another story and I would try my best to replace it on my own dime.
